The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office incident report detailed the distressing events, stating that Ben Brown had called 911 from his clinic, reporting a female in cardiac arrest. The report indicated that Hillary experienced seizures during multiple surgical procedures, leading to cardiac arrest.
